Town Houses

Town houses are a popular style of property both with people who want to relocate to Spain and with those wishing to have a holiday home with a bit more space.

Typically, a town house will be terraced and on two storeys, and most will have three bedrooms and often two bathrooms.

The main benefit of a town house is that you get a lot more space but a property which is very easy to look after as it will normally have a very small garden and access to communal pools, meaning that there is very little that needs to be looked after when you are not there.

On average a town house will cost between 186,400 Euros and 230,000 Euros.

The Entre Golf town house is located behind Torrevieja and has views of the lagoon. Some are terraced but a number are built as semi-detached properties. They come with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels, along with a roof terrace and garden. There is also a small balcony off the master bedroom.

A golf course is going to be developed in front of the development over the next three to four years meaning that prices here should rise significantly upon completion of the course.
