Inspection Trips

In the bad old days Inspection Trips were completely free.

Great!

The catch was that the client was subjected to an aggressive sales pitch whilst being bussed from one development to another until he/she finally gives in and buys a property desparate to make the whole process stop.

The good news is that we have never worked like that.

Before you arrive in Cyprus we will work with you to try and identify the type and location of property that would best suit you so that when you arrive we will have your itinerary worked out.

If you change your mind during your visit we will change the itinerary.

Our clients normally only need three or four days to view properties and we can arrange flights and accommodation on your behalf. We are an ABTA bonded travel agent (ABTA #1953).

We will collect you from the airport and take you to the properties that you wish to see dropping you off at your hotel at the end of each day.

If you decide to buy from us we will refund 0.25% of the cost of the property. This equates to £250 on a property costing £100,000 or £375 on a property costing £150,000.
